Porting your existing phone number(s)

to VoIP International

In order to port your voice or fax numbers into our service we are required to submit a form to your current carrier called a Letter of Agency or LOA.
Please click HERE for the LOA form, please make sure you fill out the form correctly as incorrectly filled out forms may incur additional charges, you will need information from your existing carrier called a CSR (customer service record) to correctly fill out the form as some invoices have the details but not necessarily what the CSR has and this is what your carrier goes by when we make a request to take over your number(s)
Please note that on the bottom of the form is a drop down box that has the following choices:
PPM
Unlimited
Fax
For voice numbers please choose 'PPM' ONLY do NOT choose Unlimited as this will limit the concurrent calls you can receive on your new service
If the number is porting to our vfax service then please choose 'FAX'.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE PORTING HAS COMPLETED IT IS THE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT YOUR OLD PROVIDER TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE, FAILING TO DO SO CAN STILL INCUR BILLING CHARGES FROM THEM. DO NOT CONTACT THEM PRIOR TO THE PORT COMPLETING.
